By using our website or registering for a class, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

Ground Zero Training Solutions offers firearms training, Concealed Carry (CCW) certification, emergency preparedness, and related classes. Services are subject to availability and eligibility requirements (such as age, residency, or legal firearm ownership status).

3. Payments and Cancellations

Payment is required to reserve your spot. Cancellations made 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a credit toward a future class. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment.

4. User Conduct

By enrolling, you agree to:

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove students for violations without refund.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Training involves physical activity and the use of training equipment or firearms. You participate at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or misuse of learned techniques outside our facility.

6. Intellectual Property

All class content, materials, and branding belong to Ground Zero Training Solutions and may not be copied, recorded, or distributed without written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services is your agreement to the new terms.
